Hisea Marine supplies classification-approved marine doors for newbuilds, retrofits and dry-dock projects. Our range covers manual & hydraulic watertight doors, weathertight doors, fire-rated cabin doors and aluminum/steel accommodation doors, engineered to IACS Unified Requirements and SOLAS, supplied with CCS, BV, RINA, RMRS, IRS certificates as required by your vessel’s class.

Product Range

1. Watertight Doors: Steel watertight doors, hydraulic sliding watertight doors, hinged watertight doors for compartment subdivision, designed to withstand specified water pressure under damage stability conditions. Available with local control, remote indication and alarm functions as per SOLAS.
2. Weathertight Doors: Exterior weathertight doors for superstructure and deckhouse openings, resisting rain, spray and sea atmosphere, widely used on cargo ships, workboats, yachts and offshore vessels.
3. A/B Class Fire Doors: A60, A30, A15, B15 fire-rated doors for engine casing, stairways, control rooms and cabin boundaries. Fire insulation construction meets SOLAS fire safety requirements, with self-closing device, hold-open release and smoke seal options.
4. Accommodation Doors: Steel or aluminum lightweight cabin doors for crew and passenger quarters. Optional sound insulation, veneer finish, observation window, door closer and locking sets.

2. Aluminum alloy for lightweight accommodation and weathertight doors
3. Stainless steel optional for corrosive environment such as chemical tankers and coastal working vessels

Standard & Certification

All marine doors are designed and tested in compliance with SOLAS, IACS Unified Requirements and relevant class rules.
We can arrange factory inspection and issue class certificates from CCS, BV, RINA, RMRSupon request.
